Hello everyone！

The family is an important partner of the school. The participation and support of parents are the warmest assistance on children's growth path. To further build a bridge for communication between home and school, gather the strength of home-school co-education, and jointly create a better and more considerate growth environment for children, our school is now officially launching the recruitment of PTO volunteer members from all classes. The full name of PTO is "Parent-Teacher Organization", an organization for home-school co-education. We sincerely invite you, who are caring, responsible and willing to contribute to the development of children and the school, to join us！

1、PTO Recruitment targets

Parents (or guardians) of the student in each class who recognize the educational philosophy of Medi’s and can actively cooperate with the arrangements of the school.

2、Main responsibilities of the PTO

    1）Communication bridge: Timely convey the educational updates and activity 

arrangements of the school, while collecting reasonable suggestions and concerns from parents in each class. Assist the school in providing explanations and feedback to promote efficient information exchange between home and school.

    2）Participation and support: Actively participate in the planning and organization of important events (such as parent-child activities, festival celebrations, etc.), assist teachers in coordinating and maintaining order at the event site, and provide guarantees for the smooth running of the events.

    3）Role model guidance: Actively share scientific parenting experiences, inspire parents in the class to create a good parenting atmosphere, and help children grow up healthily under the joint care of the family and the school.

3、Recruitment Requirements

    1）Time: Be able to arrange time to participation in parent-teacher association meetings, activities and related communication work (usually scheduled on school days, and specific arrangements can be flexibly coordinated).   

    2）Enthusiastic and patient: Passionate about early childhood education, willing to actively listen to the needs of children, parents and teachers, and participate in home-school co-education work with a positive and inclusive attitude.

    3）Sense of teamwork: Be willing to collaborate with other family members and teachers, jointly contribute ideas for the development of the class and the school, and create a home atmosphere of unity and mutual assistance.

    4）Role model: Play a leading role model, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of parents in the class, and jointly participate in school activities to achieve the goal of home-school co-education.

4、Application Method

    1）Registration period: From now until Thursday, September 25th, 2025

    2）Application channels: Parents who are interested can directly contact the headteacher to express their intention to apply.

    3）Selection and Publicity: After the registration period ends, we will communicate and confirm with the parents based on their registration situation in the class to determine the list of PTO members for the class, and then publicize it in the class group to ensure fairness and transparency.

5、Warm reminder

The title of "Parent Committee Member" is not an "honorary title", but a "responsibility and commitment". We look forward to every parent committee member being dedicated, working hard and with passion, together with the teachers, to build a bridge of love for "home-school co-education" for the children, allowing them to gain happiness and grow up healthily in an environment full of love and collaboration!
